Joel has demonstrated time and time again the passion and professionalism to his craft and has also been a prefect role model for other students. Joel has helped students come out of their shell and help develop the confidence they need both on the catwalk and in life. Joel has taken this class twice, the second time learning how to ballroom dance! Everything from what brushes to use in skin care & make-up class to formal runway, Joel is one amazing young man! He is passionate and was eager to learn more and just couldnt get enough. Joel is a graduate of Worcester North High School and not only played football, but he was the lead in many productions! Of course this did not surprise us when we first met him. His likable nature was a pleasure addition to the classroom. Every audition and assignment Joel had after graduating this school was highly recognized as being very professional and fun. This came from his peers, parents, photographers, directors and event organizers. Joel moved to China to pursue a teaching career and learn mandarin. We wish Joel much success! We already know whatever he ends up doing, he'll do very well.

~ Colleen - 2005 ~

#1 in Mannequin Modeling

Most Photogenic 2005

From the moment that Colleen walked in the first class, I saw something special. She not only reminded me of the classic beauty of Natalie Wood, but Colleen brought some pretty amazing enthusiasm! Her energy and excitement landed her the title of Model of the Year for 2005. Colleen always paid very close attention, raising her hand and taking good notes. I saw in her someone that really wanted to be a part of this industry and she indeed learned a lot about herself. After she graduated she soon came back to take the class again! Her second time in class brought much laughter. She became a fixture on this website for her beauty and fun assignments as you can see in the pictures we've selected. Everyone in both classes just loved her and couldnt wait to see what she did next on the catwalk! She was witty, fun and clever. Colleen is a student at Worcester's Vocational Technical High School and is majoring in Cosmetology.
